1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the ServBased platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our services.

2. Affiliate Participation

As an affiliate partner, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information in deal submissions
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Conduct marketing activities in a professional and compliant manner
• Adhere to the minimum debt requirements and eligibility criteria

3. Commission and Payouts

Commissions are calculated based on the total enrolled debt amount. Payouts are typically processed on a Net-30 basis after the client's first successful payment. We reserve the right to adjust commissions in the event of client cancellations within the specified clawback period.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You may not:

• Use deceptive or misleading marketing practices
• Submit fraudulent or fabricated deal information
• Attempt to bypass our security or tracking systems
• Represent yourself as an employee of ServBased or its partner law firms

5. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion.

6. Limitation of Liability

ServBased shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the platform.
