Module 1
Psychology of Objections
Objections Are Buying Signals
When someone objects, they're still engaged. The opposite of an objection isn't agreement — it's apathy.
Real Meaning Behind Common Objections
- "I need to think about it" = I have an unvoiced concern
- "It's too expensive" = I don't see the value yet
- "Talk to my spouse" = I'm not confident enough to decide
- "Too good to be true" = Interested but scared of scams
Your job: Understand objections, not overcome them. Once you understand, solutions become obvious.
